We may directly collect personal information if you send an enquiry to us from our website, www.elliesaesthetics.co.uk, or get in touch with us via chat, email, or phone. We will also collect some Personal Information if you engage with us through social media. This information will include your name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, email address, and credit/debit card or banking details. We do not directly collect any special categories of personal data about you. This includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, or political opinions. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
We do not store credit/debit card or banking details. Nor do we sell, rent, or share customer details with any third party for commercial purposes. We only share personal information in circumstances where it is required by a court of law.
Any personal information used is for the operation and fulfilment of a service requested by you. We may use this information to contact you about products, services, and promotions. We take security seriously. Data is, stored in line with Data Protection regulations, and access is restricted to those who have a need to know, and we regularly review our processes to maintain security.
You can request access to the Personal Information you have provided to us, via email at info@elliesaesthetics.co.uk. This enables you to receive a copy of the data and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
If you think there’s a problem with the Personal Information we hold about you, you can request a correction via email at info@elliesaesthetics.co.uk. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected (though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us).
Similarly, if you want to request erasure of your Personal Information, we’ll take all reasonable steps to do so unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons, which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
If we process your data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Payments
We collect personal information and take a deposit through a third-party booking system, Amelia, which is connected to PayPal, to secure your appointment. We do not store credit/debit card details.
Please note: If you are booking in for Botulinum Toxin a £30 consultation fee will be taken upon booking to secure your appointment, and you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a consultation with my Prescriber at your convenience to run through some medical background checks. (All Botulinum Toxin treatments require a consultation before your scheduled appointment for treatment).
For Dermal Filler appointments you do not require a consultation and can book straight in for your treatment – a 25% deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your appointment.
All consultation fees and deposits paid are only refundable/transferable if the appointment is cancelled/amended within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment time.
Ellie’s Aesthetics have the right to refuse treatment at any time but reasons for refusal or delaying treatment will be explained in full. Similarly, there may be occasions where clients will not be suitable for a treatment, however despite not being suitable, consultation fee will still be applicable.
